Refund and Returns Policy – Fahmids PM Consultancy

Before work starts — full refund, no questions. Defines “work starts” per product (kickoff call vs the workshop date).
Dated engagements — tiered for the workshop, since a booked day is a lost slot: 100% at 7+ days, 50% at 3–6, nothing inside 72h. One free reschedule at 5+ days notice.
Multi-day engagements — pro-rata against the stages already on your product pages. Sprint bills by day; PRD splits 70% draft / 30% backlog. You keep what was produced.
If work misses the brief — free revision until it meets agreed scope, full refund of that deliverable if it still doesn’t. Explicitly separated from the review rounds already sold.
Not refundable — delivered time, late workshop cancellations, and client-side delays (flagged in writing first).
If we cancel — 100% back regardless of notice, plus first refusal at the original price.
Payment — bank reversal, five working days.
Disputes — written position within five days; Consumer Rights preserved.
